1.SQ — Spiritual Quotient
• Definition: The ability to live with meaning, purpose, and alignment with eternal values — to discern right from wrong, connect with God, and live out inner peace and integrity.

An alumnus of El Shaddai Intercontinental School who built his own pho brand, @phothicc, launching the first outlet in BSD and the second location at Ashta Mall.
Andrew
Graduating from El Shaddai Intercontinental high school at a very young age of 14, Andrew went on to study at Universitas Pelita Harapan earning his degree with honors in under four years. Today, he’s thriving at GoTo Group, where he contributes to high-impact sustainability initiatives.
Jason
Graduated early at 16 years old from El Shaddai Intercontinental School, Jason attained a scholarship in International Economics and Trade at Nanjing Tech University, China.
Grace
Graduating from El Shaddai Intercontinental School also at a young age of 15 years old; and was accepted as the youngest student in the University of Indonesia/The University of Queensland double-degree program. She completed her studies cum laude, then pursued a master’s degree at Columbia University at 19 years old. She is one of the founders of Tentang Anak (tentanganak_id) where she serves as the Principal Child Psychologist.
Kenneth
An El Shaddai Intercontinental School graduate, he attained a grant at Singapore Management University for his Bachelor Degree; continued his Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Denver, and holds a Christian Apologetics certificate from Biola University. Now a tax partner at Armanino Advisory Irvine –California, USA, he advises multinational clients on cross-border tax strategy.
